LARRY SICULAR has been a real estate appraiser since 1986. His primary expertise is in the Manhattan housing market. He is a licensed general appraiser in New York State and a member of the Appraisal Institute with both commercial and residential designations (MAI and RM). From 1995 to 2002, he was Executive Director of Brown Harris Stevens Appraisal & Consulting LLC, and from 1990 to 1994, he was the Managing Director of the Douglas Elliman Appraisal & Consulting Division. As an appraiser, Mr. Sicular has been working exclusively through Lawrence Sicular & Associates since 2003. Most of this work is for court proceedings.
